As an employer, you are required to insure yourself with work accident insurance as soon as you hire one employee. You must also insure temporary employees, job students and trainees.
This insurance covers medical expenses resulting from the work accident. In some cases it covers even more, such as the wages that you as an employer must continue to pay an employee who is incapacitated due to a work-related accident.
